Eric works to create and update agreement templates, negotiate and finalize all license agreements, research agreements and material transfer and confidentiality agreements, handle all legal matters that affect the office, and liaise with the Conflict of Interest Office and the Office of General Counsel as needed. Eric has earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
