Gavin is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce at the Technology Licensing Office. He adeptly manages, designs, builds, monitors, and revises systems to align with the current and future needs of the Technology Licensing Office. Gavin plays a crucial role in overseeing informational dashboards and efficiently manages routine and recurring report requests, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the Technology Licensing Office's systems and processes. He has a B.S. in Communication from the University of Utah and holds four Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I and Sales Cloud Consultant.
