David brings to the Technology Licensing Office 20+ years of academic and industry experience in drug discovery and development. He is a serial entrepreneur with several successful exits and developed products. Some of his previous roles include CEO of Tolero; CSO/Head of R&D of Sumitomo Dainippon Global Oncology; and former Co-Director for the Center for Investigational Therapeutics at The Huntsman Cancer Institute. He received both his Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology and Post Doc in Oncology and Cancer Biology from UT Health San Antonio. Locally at Brigham Young University he earned his B.S. in Human Biology.
